    Condemnation is worthless without prosecution and the removal of all of the people responsible from their positions, and any other positions of authority, at the very fucking least.

        I also never said I actually expected it to happen, just that it was the bare minimum that should.

    But would they have been avoidable without taking money from the great and good to help the undeserving poors? Because if not, then they were not politically preventable.

      I think it’s as much, if not more, the private company’s fault.

      The cladding and insulation used seemed to be very flammable. Apparently the insulation had its safety tests forged or something.
