They just announced on the news that the oil companies are already using the Venezuela Invasion as an excuse to raise prices. Expect an expensive 2026, and tell them what you think of it in November.

They’ll still vote red… because they’ll have been told that all of this is the blue teams fault.

if you heard the first time the farmers said when trump first did his soybean tariffs in his first term, there isnt any hope. they still think he come through for them despite him not doing that. ALso its a sign if the news doesnt report how bad the tariffs affected the farmers.

and they’ll win because blue team wants to do anything but accept any sort of responsibility by constantly laying the blame on others.

im confused by sentence, are you blaming blue, which i assume dems for causing the tariffs? you do realize this solely done by republicans against republicans.

Oh this is interesting logic. So you’re saying: it’s not the party/president that actually did the shitty thing thats at fault, but because the other party/president allowed the possibility and did not do enough to prevent the current one from doing so.

Is that what you mean by “set the stage”?

I mean the initial party you mention already did enough shitty things and as a result they dumped water on the fire that was their own support setting the stage for a criminal, serial-adulterer, hate-monger to win the election for the second time. If the Democrat-candidate realized that nobody owes them anything and actually tried to earn the support of the voters, she’d probably be president now, but somehow she got into a contest of “who’s the bigger narciscist” just like Hillary, and everybody lost except Trump, but that’s only a small reason why I didn’t vote for this deeply unpopular candidate. Regardless, if the democrat establishment can’t figure this out, they will continue losing elections.

More to the point -if the elected official does not represent the will or desire of the people then what kind of Democracy(aka a ‘representative democratic republic’) can really exist?
