I’ve never wanted to sing, I can’t remember lyrics anyway, I just wanted to play the guitar. I was especially interested in learning electric lead guitar, and acoustic fingerpicking. I’ve really settled into the finger picking thing because I can play full songs, beginning to end, all by myself, while the electric guitar is more random riffs, solos, and cool guitar parts, but it really requires other players for the full effect.

Music is tough, there’s a long learning curve, and guitar is particularly hard, but the payoff is huge if you stick with it. If you decide to go that route, DM me, and I’ll give you some advice to get off on the right foot.

Not all states collect political affiliations, but in any case, you don’t have to register a party. I have been an Unaffiliated Independent since I first registered to vote in 1977. I can’t vote in primaries, but neither party can count on my vote, and they have to earn it every election.

The cost of war is high. Russia has wasted much of its future on war, and so has the United States. Of the global superpowers, only China has staunchly avoided war, and over the last decade, they’ve built a massive high speed rail system, and eliminated most poverty in their country.

Imagine the GLOBAL advances humankind could make, if only we didn’t waste TRILLIONS in trying to kill each other over literally nothing.

I just read that corporations are starting to cozy up to Democrats, in anticipation of the Democratic Bloodbath in the Midterms. Perhaps they’ll see that supporting MAGA and ICE is a bad idea.

How hard can it be?

If it’s in Texas or Florida, it’s probably just a phony residence, so he doesn’t have to pay state taxes.

He’s cool with stealing all of our data, and making us feel helpless about what others are doing with it, so I don’t see why he shouldn’t feel that same fear.
