Walk or run or hike in a natural environment nearly every day. It might be early or late but I go nearly every day for at least a few miles.

I have a headlamp and a flashlight with a fuck-you-ultra-bright strobe mode for when it’s dark and I don’t worry about animals (quadruped or otherwise).
