No its their main objective to protect freedom in general, they stated the opposition to such things very often and that doesn’t favor cooperations, as they would be allowed to scan private chats wich they are currently not, and sell the data.
For the most part, ideologically, FDP are small-government libertarians. They do care about civil liberties sometimes, but since you don’t get fat donations that way, it’s not their main topic.
