President Joe Biden told Democratic governors during a meeting at the White House on Wednesday that part of his plan going forward is to stop scheduling events after 8 p.m. so that he could get more sleep, according to three sources briefed on his comments.
I wouldn’t be scheduling non-critical meetings after 8:00 PM either. A normal president’s day must start around 7:00 or 8:00 AM. Unless it’s an emergency, I don’t see a need for a President to be working more than a dozen or so hours a day.

If I was president, I’d limit work hours to 8 hours per day as much as possible, not 12. Sure, you can’t schedule emergencies, but you can provide goalposts.
