Yoga. I started doing some distance running and besides learning to run in the correct zone so I am not maxing out my body everytime I have been doing this Post Run Yoga after most runs. It really helps and allows me to cool down and stretch well. The rest of her videos also rock

I feel like following a specific sports team feels like a full time job now. You can’t just watch the games live, you have to follow all the players on social media, watch for trade rumors, following the pre and post seasons, know all players names and play fantasy sports. I used to like to casually watch most of the local teams play but the expectations around being a fan is too high. Since I am male it is assumed that this is my whole life and hobby when really I don’t care that much. Now, I only want to watch a game with my friends as an excuse to hang out. It feels not worth the effort because there is too much content and you need to consume it all to engage with it. Makes me want to opt out

How is the Minimal phone for using apps? Sometimes I feel like want a phone that does less and I like the price point. Just want to make sure I can keep using my phone plan and the few apps that I need. It says its fully andriod compatible so I assume they can run them but are they still usable

Also to note here. The credits used to be at the start of a film. Since it was at the beginning there were typically less people credited becaue there was less time. (You obviously didn’t want to make people wait too long to see the film but long enough they could get into the theater with their snacks). Once it moved to the end, there was no reason to not include everyone.

This is also why we got the post credit teaser or scene which was a directors way to force the audience to see the whole credits

I thought something similar until I tried a bay leaf tea to see what the flavor is. Put 1 leaf into boiling water like you are brewing a tea and give it a taste. It’s a subtle umami flavor.

If you need some places to be alone to recharge either while eating or other times during the day. There will be lots of those around but might need to look for them but they are usually in libraries or quiet buildings.

It seems like you love computers, networking, self hosting and other technology related hobbies. You may be afraid to meet new people but the good news if you give yourself the opportunity these hobbies will have lots of people to do these things with. If you are doing anything in that field of study these people will be in your classes and the same thing if you join a group or club in that area. These will be your people and you will have lots in commons. Search out and find them
