I think “there is no neo-liberalism” is a good agitprop line to use on radlibs. Tons of people will agree that neo-liberalism is bad and many could even accept the explanation that neo-liberalism is just fascism. Then you hit them with the idea that fascism co-exists with liberalism under the rule of capitalism. Twist their “horseshoe theory” brain worm into a “number 6 on its side.” All that is left then is liberal-fascism and communism.

I think a big part of agiprop needs to be to kill the myth of “centerism” and “ballance.”

“Neo-liberal oligarchs” don’t exist they are all just crypto-fascists. The “neo” in “neo-liberalism” is simply a recognition that they are not liberals, they just hide behind liberalism and twist it to their will. Liberalism is a self conflicting ideology. “Freedom” is highly subjective based on who is saying it and “Equality” is directly at odds with “Protection of private property” and we know which side of the divide the oligarchs land on every time and the “neo” prefix is the recognition of that.

In a way Capitalists are more fascist than the 3rd reich because the target of their hate isn’t just Communist, Jewish, and LGBTQ people, its everyone. Capitalists would love the return of slavery, would take an active part in eugenics, they would exterminate entire peoples for profit, etc. They believe the working class are sub human and the less productive should be exterminated. They feel the same way about their competitors even.

I love how any delusion of european “freedom and democracy” has been totally demolished by zionism. You might get called a fascist or a “Putin lover” if you report accurately on the war in ukraine but if you speak truth about isisrael’s genocide, well then you are going to get arrested, blocked from scheduled speaking engagements, and they’ll steal your phone and laptop. International law was always a scam. The only justification for war any country has ever needed is “because I can.” the only defence ever needed for economic war has always only been “What are you going to do about it?”

Honestly I think the whole american withdrawal is a nonstarter. There are too many vested interests that won’t be happy about it. Someone will manage to start a war that sucks america in and we will get WW3 before america pulls back.

I’d love to see it happen but usa will never give up on isisrael, so it will never give up on the bases in west Asia, and never give up supporting the gulf monarchs, and never give up its influence on turkey, so it wont be able to pull out of europe.

This is why euros wont be involved in any peace process. Say what you will about Trump, I doubt he will do those sort of stunts because he really does just want to get out the mess. He isn’t ideologically or materially bound to continuing the war like the democrats and the european governments so he will be willing to give away most of Ukraine.

Personally I think trump will keep his cards close for a few months until he can work out a framework with russia. It will look like peace is happening really fast. Ukraine will fold, and trump will tell the euros its over and they should just leave it alone because usa is done fighting in europe and they will be really mad but unable to do anything about it.

More important question they should be asking: Why would Putin agree to a cease fire?

That sounds like hell. Its really understandable that you are having problems keeping a cool head. Both sides are mostly wrong but people look past the bad stuff and choose a side for the few policies they get right. Supporting war is bad and so are nationalist purges. This is why god Lenin created Revolutionary Defeatism.

This fight is playing out all over the capitalist world to a lesser or equal degree depending on how close they are to Russia. Liberalism is suffering a existential crisis because the rate of profit is unsustainable and the end is getting close. The imperialist liberals want to fight more wars and exploit the conquered. The nationalist liberals want to turn inwards and start purging marginalized people and exploiting the working class harder. The imperialists have been winning the debate and running things for a while but their strategy has been faltering. The crypto-fascists see the return of trump as a signal that they are in ascendancy.

My guess is all this anger and debate is the plan of the actual fascists. They try to divide the nation along these lines so that people feel bound to their team (35% nationalists 35% imperialists 30% undecided.) Then the cia binds together the worst of both sides to make a imperialist nationalist, pro-nato party with popular support. The new party brands itself as being the synthesis of the parties without saying which policies it supports. The supporters get tricked into thinking their one good policy issue will be supported when the opposite is true. The people who sided with nato because they feared the nationalists’ purges of marginalized people will be thrown under the bus. The people who sided with the nationalists because they didn’t want to support imperialist wars will be sent to fight Russia.
