If you are that rampant evil and disregard ANYTHING that actually holds western civilization together (which in itself is pretty ironic, considering the literal crusades against islam and the likes) and also do not uphold the constitution…and eel yourself out of every court to hold you responsible…well.
As much as I am inclined to agree with the sentiment, that would set a very dangerous precedent and jeopardize future Democrat presidents.
