    Are these financial disclosure forms official government documents? Wouldn’t there be a penalty for lying?

    I feel like falsifying your passport can get you in a lot of trouble because you lied on a federal government document or something.

    I know I’m always scared that I’ll fuck up my address or something if I just moved.
