The poll found 50% of Democrats approve of how Biden has navigated the conflict while 46% disapprove — and the two groups diverge substantially in their views of U.S. support for Israel. Biden’s support on the issue among Democrats is down slightly from August, as an AP-NORC poll conducted then found that 57% of Democrats approved of his handling of the conflict and 40% disapproved.

They can’t really give Gaza something they don’t have. The iron dome is an Israeli developed system, not the US.

The iron dome doesn’t work fast enough to take out Hamas’s failed rockets safely.

The implication being that the only people firing unguided munitions in Gaza is Hamas.

Iron Dome isn’t an AA system, it’s not SAM. It’s not going to stop airstrikes. It stops unguided munitions, and it does so after the munitions have reached their apex.

Talk to their military backers in Iran. Iran has them, they choose not to give them.

Additionally, you know that Hamas would intentionally hit civilian targets in Israel with guided munitions right?

And to that end, preventing regional war would be helpful. Although, that itself, is problematic and pulls the US deeper into this.
