Jack doesn’t seem to me the type of fella that would be tremendously impressed by this.

Remember when Trump disrupted another prosecution because some of the prosecutors had sex? Expect a full-bore media frenzy over this.

Yeah. That was fucking stupid on their part. One of the only times I kinda agreed with trumps incessant bitching and complaining. I hate that I feel that way lol

It has no bearing on the case. The fuck you on about?

People who are intimately involved have a tendency to make compromised decisions involving the other person. It isn’t just about doing the right thing, it is about looking like you are doing the right thing too.

He was already removed. So again, it had no bearing on the case.

As far as we know. That doesn’t mean it won’t have a bearing on an appeal or anything else that might happen. Glad you clearly know all and the future though.

Even if they don’t have sex, people who work closely together inevitably become intimate.

Judgement can be clouded for all kinds of reasons. That’s also unavoidable in any complex undertaking without rising to the level of malfeasance or negligence.

Yes. So in such a high profile case. Why? That’s idiotic.

They stopped having sex before the indictment. What’s idiotic is people thinking that two people who ever had sex before shouldn’t work together.

It clouds the judgment of their character. That gives trump an opening… aka dumb AF on their part.
