Another great article, very comprehensively and eloquently linking together all the various fronts of the global war waged by the dying empire against the transition to multipolarity. I like how you consistently use western and western-leaning sources to back up your analysis. It makes it that much harder for those who continue to cling to the fantasy narratives constructed by the empire’s propaganda machine to dismiss the analysis altogether as “Russian/Iranian/Chinese propaganda”.

This passage hit especially close to home for me personally:

While Russia managed to successfully reorient trade toward the Global South while continuing to expand its own domestic industry, the same cannot be said for Europe. Volkswagen is weighing layoffs of 100,000 people and the closure of four plants. BMW aims to cut 8,000 jobs, while Porsche plans to axe one in five jobs by 2035. These cuts reflect the ongoing unraveling of the German industrial system, which was built on cheap Russian energy. Should Germany’s economy crash, the rest of the EU would inevitably follow, since Germany is the economic engine that drives the whole European bloc.

It is incredible how deep in denial Germany is about this.

The wars in Ukraine and against Iran are two punctured lungs of a drowning empire, embodying a last-ditch attempt to stem the tides of history.

Great sentence to summarize it all, very evocative imagery.

Thanks, I did have to got Vietnamese sources for a few things cause I simply couldn’t find any western reporting on the front in Ukraine collapsing, but in general that’s precisely the reason I try to stick with western mainstream sources as much as possible.

By the way, I love how Merz blurted the truth out a little while back where he said that losing access to Russian energy is at the root of the economic crisis. It’s funny how these people know what they did deep down, but they simply cannot admit it openly.

I welcome a multipolar world where the USA no longer dominates the globe with their imperialism. We need to be free from their oppression.

Well this scares me. I’m glad it’s happening, though. Selfish of me but I hope my friends across the world survive this great transition.
