    Everyone says it’s geopolitics as if genocide hasn’t historically impacted geopolitics. Germany’s genocidal policies worsened US relations with them during and before both world wars, arguably leading to US intervention. Same with US-Japan relations before WWII. NATO intervened in Kosovo because of crimes against humanity.

    “It’s geopolitics” doesn’t make politicians not guilty of supporting crimes against humanity.

      I don’t think the genocide was much of an impact on US entry in world war 2. Not clear they would have without Pearl Harbor.

        I’m not talking about their entrance into the war. Even before that US relations with the Axis were pretty bad because the US was very not okay with the nonsense they were doing.
