There’s a video, maybe not my favorite, but I have watched it twice, and it’s in the 24 hour range. The one where Breath of the Wild was first 100%'ed in under 24 hours. Really like it bc it’s from before the discovery of windbombs (the trick where they launch themselves great distances using the bomb rune), so it’s slower, more methodical. It’s quite relaxing, but yeah it isn’t something to watch in one sitting, even though the video was made in one sitting.

I’m all in favor of legalizing weed, and in fact I would like to abolish the prescription system in it’s entirety, however, I do think that the rhetoric of pro-weed ppl treats it like it’s entirely harmless, which is a dangerous sentiment.

I went through some serious symptoms from long term use. The hemispheres of my brain split into 2 different ppl, my body’s sense of propioception got all fucked up, and I threw up a whole lot. Not fun. And my memory basically was shot from use, that lasted even after I stopped using. I originally started bc I couldn’t afford to see a psychiatrist and I needed antidepressants, it was the closest thing I could get (abolish the fking prescription system). I had no idea that it had any long term effects, the way ppl talk you think it’s only good. I mean I’m sure everyone’s different, but ppl at least need a warning abt that sort of shit.

Keep in mind Mexico has far laxer border security especially if crossing by land (they didn’t even check my passport). So don’t get discouraged if Canada turns you away, though there is a slight language barrier with Mexico (nothing translator apps can’t handle, and a lot of the words are the same due to the etymology)

Personality I’m already out bc I figure the US is just going to gradually get worse and I’d much rather apply for a visa than asylum

expand and improve public transit dammit!

Currently living in Shenzhen and you’d be surprised that you can actually have it both ways. You can get around via transit quite easily, but also driving isn’t too difficult. The problem with US cities is mostly just single family homes, which waste a bunch of space. If everything is less dense, you have to drive further to get to where you want to go, and building public transit makes less sense since it needs to service more areas to reach the same amount of people

Yeah, I’m quite curious myself as to why it’s more difficult. My chemistry knowledge is chem1 level so all I know is that sodium atoms are larger and the energy levels for state change are slightly different

I’ve been surprised by USB-C. I recently bought a Xiaomi phone and it takes like 10 minutes to charge with the charger that comes with the phone (and it still works with the other ones). It’s 120 watts

At that rate it’d still take 12 hours to charge a 1440 watt hour battery, which isn’t the hour or two that people are used to with superchargers these days, but actually surprisingly servicable.
