They’re not “guilty” about the holocaust, they’re ashamed that the Soviets made them stop.
It can’t, because the US only has any of those things because of war. War is how the US protects its means of extracting profit from the rest of the world.
Europeans would literally rather destroy the planet than share it with Chinese people
