It’s basically what the Eero line of routers does, you can’t configure it without the app, and there’s no web UI.
I’m still more confident in Eero than Motorola to not fuck it up, yet I returned that shit back and bought a GL.iNet instead.

On my end it’s mostly cultural. Quebec went through the Quiet revolution in the 60s in response to the social and educational stagnation the Church and the government imposed on the working class.
Then add on top the residential school systems that caused great harm to the indigenous nations in Canada which was handled by the Church.
Yeah. not fond at all of the Catholic Church after all that. The less power it has in politics and public services, the better IMO. It doesn’t mean I hate catholics, just the organization behind it.

With paid softwares and services, it’s always the lifetime of the product’s profitability.

At least the OS can be swapped. If the battery life is abysmal compared to the Neo for similar specs then there’s no redemption possible.
The only way I’d favor this over a Neo is similar battery life and user-replaceable RAM (ideally LPCAMM2).

Yeah Lifetime Passes are unsustainable for a service. The only reason they exist is to attract some early adopters, keep them and if lucky enough have them bring more customers.
The only viable path forward is to discontinue the purchase of new lifetime licenses, or make them exponentially expensive.

A new client specifically for Vaultwarden will show up if Bitwarden becomes hostiles against it and purposely sabotage the API.

The more time goes by, the more I’m interested about software and hardware that tries to do more with less at the consumer and enthusiast level.
Ex: ESP-based projects and products, Meshtastic/MeshCore, eInk-based displays for lower energy consumption, etc

Even though it’s renewable energy, it still generates a significant amount of heat.
Can we try cutting down on computing resources wherever possible first?
We have a custom Fuck Uno card that is +12.

Hopefully RISC-V takes over at some point.
It’s mostly incoherent. Something that clearly break the rules will often stay up.

All of the above (great list by the way, I was about to suggest most of these), I’d also add a couple of ISOs + Ventoy just in case you need to reinstall or repair your OS.

For city-scale mesh communication, have a look at MeshCore
My wife and I still quote his Captain Holt character from time to time
Put the gun and the yo-yo down.

It’s a cat and mouse game, since spammers will leverage this to work around bans or having to subscribe with phone or SMS verification on the major email providers.
These providers often end up on list such as https://github.com/disposable-email-domains/disposable-email-domains
My dogs weight about 20lbs and doesn’t take a lot of space on our king size bed so he sleeps with us.

That’s the default time when the CMOS battery is dead and the RTC is reset.
Even worse is that you can’t even split the 2.4GHz and 5GHz into different SSIDs.
Surely easier for the average person, but it sucks if you have some stubborn devices that tend to prefer 2.4GHz over 5GHz for no good reason.
