That would be a really positive outcome, their commandments are pretty good.

Staten Island.
Yes, sooner or later it will be recognised by most.
I’m old enough to remember the years after the Cambodian Genocide when the US supported the genocidal Khmer Rouge being the representatives for Cambodia at the UN, locking out the actual government of Cambodia.
These travesties happen every so often.
I think you might be missing a few. Eg Nicaragua, Maldives.
In terms of the West, Ireland, Spain, and Norway are probably close to openly calling it a genocide.
If I had to guess I’d say the brain worm has a grudge against the Museo del Cerebro in Peru, which is a museum that houses hundreds of human brains including some with brain parasites.
Anything which helps us study and eliminate them is its natural enemy.
Yeah, I’m in New Zealand and from here their election looked like the main thrust of most of it was about forcing Democrats to vote for the establishment warmonger Hillary instead of their best candidate Bernie Sanders.
Trump was sort of just a meme candidate for a long time because analysts didn’t realise he’d been gifted the pre-Trump Cambridge Analytica package (drain the swamp etc) by disaster capitalists.
When they’re trying to discourage someone from raising money to help starving children, is there like, a brief moment where they wonder if they’re the bad guy?
Yikes.
I had a conversation with Pi which tries for empathy. It was really weird because every now and again it did sound like it was interested in me or cared about me. Reminds me of that Philip K Dick story about the murder bots that look like wounded soldiers or lost children.
I wonder how someone like this squares it away in their According to her beliefs she was keeping dead human bodies in her house.
Fair enough. I think you’re right. Best way to handle the “post truth” era.
Thanks, kudos to you.
It may be irrelevant to your purposes but it’s not irrelevant to the families she affected.
It’s good that their leadership is taking a stand.
Just look at population of Israel where almost 25% is Arabic and compare it to Palestine
That’s a bit like comparing the proportion of immigrant citizens in the wealthy US with those in its low income neighbour Mexico.
Only, if the US was also occupying most of Mexico and controlled who could enter or leave.
Tl; dr it says a lot more about the situation than it does about the wishes of the population.
I did not know that. I thought it was like, a cornerstone of American identity.
Thanks, hadn’t heard of that and it’s interesting. I think the stumbling block for me is I always forget how many non-rich people want to facilitate the rich. Kind of like Salacious Crumb on the shoulder of Jabba.
Thanks.
I always forget/underestimate the religious element in the US.
I was going to say CIA at first but then I remembered my parents telling me that is its own country.
Idk I feel like as citizens we need some kind of organization that protects our political systems. There’s a weird assault on democracy in my country at the moment too (not coups just unconstitutional legislation) and it really highlights the dangers now that disaster capitalists are on the rise.
Makes sense. But conservativism pre-dates Trump and realistically will soon outlive him.
It seems odd to me that they are happy to have someone random dismantle bedrock US political system? Or are conservatives less keen on democracy?
Also I get the impression he doesn’t have a conservative ideology himself, he seems like more of an opportunist than a believer.
I think you’re right - women are also socialized to seek out social/interpersonal connections more than men; this is a big factor in why the suicide rate for elderly men tends to be significantly higher than for elderly women.
This doesn’t explain the 60 year olds but with the elderly (70+) women in my life, the vulnerability to misinformation is also an artifact of their comparatively poor levels of education. They were schooled with the expectation that they would be SAHMs.
