I mean, I probably can’t disagree with your sentiment in a general sense, I’m just not sure how this refrigerator nonsense is contributing?

It knows because there are cameras inside the fridge and it can recognize the items you put inside and remove, and has logic built around all of these observations.
It’s not perfect but I’m surprised how often it’s accurate, especially in a household that doesn’t give any shits whatsoever about refrigerator organization.
It sounds like you and she are ready to go, so if you’re looking for strangers to help get you over that hump, we got you. Go get your divorce, and enjoy the new possibilities.

I was actually asking about the teeny tiny gelcaps you referred? I have never seen any even close to that size! Usually they are somewhat larger. I just found this page with some cool info, https://www.trustar-pharma.com/info/softgel-sizes-the-ultimate-guide-37148451.html
Sorry to hear about your kidney stones! That does not sound super fun!
No shit? That sounds wild. What’s the application?
And like, idk, aren’t those pills maybe 5 times larger than this thing?

31·11 months agoTwo years of negotiations - that’s absurd. How many games/products have been released under the MS umbrella in that same span?
Companies: I know you don’t care, but you can easily treat your employees as shareholders and deliver value to them, just the same as delivering value to customers. You release products iteratively, just treat the people helping to make it happen with some dignity and deliver to them as well.

Technology@lemmy.world•US appeals court rejects copyrights for AI-generated art lacking 'human' creatorEnglish
7·11 months agoWhy does Thaler want to assign copyright to a non-human so badly, when he could simply take the credit himself?
We can see he made references to the fact that Corporations are considered people (fucking citizens united) in his arguments to the court.
Could someone perhaps use the result of the failed cases in an attempt to get citizens united overturned, based on any precedent set through Thaler’s appeals (assuming they all fail)? Maybe that’s too hopeful of a take?

Please elaborate
I would usually tip based on the total including free food. So if the total was $20 I would give 15-25% - probably 3 to 5 dollars. In the case of getting just a free drink, I usually tip the price of the drink, similar to what you mention.

That’s not surprising, if you live outside of the US. Otherwise, I do have a follow up query for you 😅
I could also live without it, myself. There are some very nice conveniences associated with the overall ‘family hub’ suite of functionality, but it’s all bells and whistles and not truly necessary of course. But the partner and our spawn appreciate it and they’re happy, and that’s good enough for me
