Not really. Certainly some “encryption” algorithms or really implementations have backdoors, but RSA for example doesn’t. Encryption is only worthwhile if it’s mathematically sound, and you can’t backdoor mathematics without some random undergrad working on their maths degree figuring out for fun.

Non profits and charities are great in theory, but most redirect less than 10% of what they receive towards the homeless look at LA’s projects as the most glaring example, it “takes” 10 million+ per single housing unit for temporary housing. Not due to cost, but simply corruption at every level. From the non profits involved to the government itself.

Giving directly to the homeless skips all that.

Or to put it another way, you can’t fix the problem or treat symptoms by continuing to give money to the cause of the problem. Giving directly at least treats the symptom.

Entirely depends on region. Walmarts strategy is to take a loss in an area until all local competitors are out of business then crank back up until that area is profitable enough to subsidize new areas. In my area Walmart is cheaper than pretty much everyone except dollar stores, and dollar stores treat their employees even worse while having even worse quality food for barely any cheaper.

But since libs are so rarely correct, the government can hold you for 72 hours without charge and the patriot act has a whole list of charges that require no evidence for an arrest. Also statistically you live within 100 miles of a US border if you’re in the US, meaning border patrol can arrest you for any reason or no reason indefinitely.
