I came here to ask the million dollar question, they answered it on their GitHub.
How we are differnt from Librewolf? Umbra uses the built in firefox password manager instead of recommending extensions. Netflix works, and we do not enable RFP ( resist fingerprinting ) by default as it breaks many web pages. We also have an Umbra Control Center ( about:umbra or bottom left in setting menu) that allows you to set many privacy settings and set profiles for individual web sites. ( may be more differences just the top of my head)

I don’t like green Chrome so I’ll switch to rainbow Chrome and add an extension.

Like, maybe a manufacturer’s default ROM is worse than iPhone, but is it actually better than a GrapheneOS phone?

If I had to use Windows as my main machine’s OS I’d:
Imagine using Linux when you can use TempleOS.
This is cute and all, but I’ll bet that <country-s-intel-agency> would have other ways to get into your computer.
edit: wrong ending bracket
/rant: can we get angle brackets back for god sake?

Honestly, BTS Linux might actually be a success.
Wouldn’t you want something more bleeding edge like Arch? Or at least Fedora, or something like openSUSE Tumbleweed?
(I understand it wouldn’t work for the meme, so let’s say Fedora.)
You’re connected to a cell tower/to a router.
Your ISP can see your address before connecting to the VPN.

Sure, so let me export my data from another PC or phone. If they wanted you to have message history, they would. So I’ll respectfully disagree.
Why can she do WhatsApp but no Signal?
It’s already needing to convince people to use Signal, why also making it hard for, let’s say, your grandma.

Because his grandma can’t type a password 30 characters long just to restore her messages.
They are so smart and still make some choices that are so, so, *so dumb*. ‘No history on a new PC for you, it’s a ״feature״’. Seriously? c’mon.
Material Files is the best, IMO.
No explanation, just a weird take.
It’s basically Tor Browser without using the Tor network.

Amazing. ( ˃̶͈ ᴗ ˂̶͈ )

Quite satisfied with Brave Search.
Yes, no DE :)
