The owner must immediately remove road salt? The rust belt is nothing but 3 piles of road salt in a trench coat for half the year…
I’ve never installed a driver on Linux… that’s a windows thing? and how the hell is Linux the one that needs more ram. What in the world are you talking about?
Also keeps your base system clean if you uninstall (big reason why docker is so popular on servers). Can create custom environments for a project then just delete everything when you’re done.
Also very useful on immutable distros like Fedora Silverblue (all my command line programs and some gui programs are in a distrobox container, exported to the host so they are just there like normal).
The Distrobox assemble command allows you to install programs from a file and automatically export (unfortunately there’s some bugs I hope are fixed soon). So things can be declarative like nixos.
We’re in the early hype phase of a new innovation fad. It’ll die down and then we’ll find out what it’s ACTUALLY useful for.
I was very excited to do this years ago when my sister bought me a kit….
I could never go through with it… I just knew the data would be abused and/or stolen. Sucks.
Earth’s response, “yeah man, it was DEFINITELY your fault!!”
I use an aeropress and Silverblue. Seem right?
Same. I was so annoyed with windows slow, useless search at work (I search for pdfs all day) I just wrote a Python program that does that job much, much better.
Or until you give up on the bullshit and just install Linux already (me 5 years ago).
Well yeah, since when is Hamas a threat to America?
What do you think other word processors do today? Libreoffice?
I get 5 Chinese spam calls a day… since turning on live voicemail they’ve mostly stopped, and the ones that make it through get deleted without me listening to them.
I LOVE the feature.
Please do.
One of us, one of us!
Already done… but now I feel like I need to switch to Neovim… and now I have to research Neovim plugins and configs….
