If you’ve never seen the movie The Big Hit, it’s great.

We have several TCL Roku TVs and Netflix is trash on all of them. Netflix is fine on the streaming sticks though. And every app seems to take some time to load as well. The TVs are pretty old so that’s probably why.

I think this happened to me last night with an ad for Moana 2 playing automatically. I just assumed I accidentally hit a button. I was on the home screen but it enlarged and played in the basically the top quarter of the screen. I hit Close and it closed.

Also, the Netflix app is absolute garbage on the TCL Roku TVs. Constantly freezes and crashes, sometimes while not even try to rewind or pause/resume. It just decides its had enough and causes the TV to restart lol.

Waterfox is on Android too! I just installed it on both Mt PC and phone.

The sad part about this is the GOP made a big deal about releasing these files redacted. You can find all this stuff online UNredacted. They even invited conservative influencers to the WH and gave them binders with this stuff. They posed for pictures and all posted the same script about this being the most transparent administration in history, blah blah blah (just like how Sinclair Broadcasting gave all their affiliates the same script and had local news anchors read it on air). There was really nothing to see here, but of course the administration made a big deal out of it because they know their supports are big fucking idiots and swallow what ever they get fed.

People don’t like Brave because they believe it’s a crypto scam, and the CEO is a douchebag. But Brave has said they’ll continue to support extensions regardless of Google’s change.

Brave supports extensions still but it has its own issues.

It’s getting hard to boycott companies and products when it starting to look like most are dipping their toes into stuff their users don’t like.

Do they really need a team of people to post the same thing to X, Mastodon, BkueSky, etc? I’m honestly surprised they don’t have some bot to make all the posts for them to those services. Sounds like a cop out to me.

Right, I remember the MS/IE issue in the past. I never understood why Apple wasn’t held to the same scrutiny. They don’t have the corporate hold like Windows does, so maybe that was why.

So if Google has to sell off Chrome, what happens to Chromebooks? It runs on ChromeOS with Chrome being the main interface. Could Google not spin off Chrome as another company?

Why force one company to sell off their browser? Shouldn’t MS have to sell Edge and Apple sell Safari?

Haha be thankful for what you have. I work at a pretty large financial institution and we still use Skype for Business. There is another messaging app we use but not everyone is granted access to it so I have to use both apps daily.
