40 here, no, not at all, try to look after myself pretty well, train hard in the weights room 5 days a week, and 30 min zone 2 cardio 5-7 days a week. Generally yeah, in my country smoking is very much not a thing these days, you don’t see much at all anymore, and is def consider gross/b tier things by basically everyone and smokers get pretty shunned
