Electricity is all about guiding voltage and current in a preferred direction as to do some form of work, whether it’s producing light, turning a motor, or integrating into logic circuits to make your computer do tricks.
To keep yourself in the clear, don’t touch the shiny bits.
I’d love to see humanity collectively rise up and tell the wealthy and powerful where to stick it, but it’s important to remember that some small group of dickheads have been vying for control and domination of everyone else at some point for pretty much the entire existence of humanity. This is merely just the next iteration of that.
But it’d be fucking rad if we could finally break that cycle.

If honestly be curious how that would work out. CA tends to know the value of immigration, and i couldn’t really see them holding a policy of closed borders, at least not in the long run.

It really does just look like heat dissipation from rooftop heat exchangers, not gasses out of an exhaust. I’m sure that building uses (and wastes) an ungodly amount of power, but I’d imagine it’s grid-tied, and therefore any noxious gases are being generated elsewhere (with the exception of on-site backup generators).
I’m all for telling AI to fuck off, but let’s at least have the facts straight.
