I’m not saying the market won’t grow, yes, there’s a lot of traction lately, but it’s blown out of proportions within the Linux bubble. I still don’t see mass adoption and everyone switching over from windows just yet. Especially not within a single year. Perhaps 2030s will be the decade of the Linux on desktop, who knows.

YOTLD won’t ever happen, but getting NVIDIA drivers in order for seamless experience will definitely increase user base. It might only happen when Nova/Nouveau+NVK are mature enough to take over.

3·2 months agoPeople are so hateful towards Windows these days. I hated Windows when it was “good”, but don’t anymore because I don’t use it or actively check on what changes Microsoft make, it’s kinda surprising that the hate became so mainstream and I only learn from media on why that is the case.

51·2 months agoThis could open a can of worms if you talk to somebody outside of the liberal bubble, no matter how obvious it seems. Right wingers can literally feel it’s harmful as they believe it can affect their children sexuality or cause degeneration when non-normative relationships are being showed publicly. others believe it would be ok, but strongly oppose LGBT activism, which to be honest in parts I oppose too while being gay myself
