The key phrase is “amortization schedule”. It’s bullshit and for collusory reasons no banks compete on it, they all use the same one.

I’m not who you replied to, but there is a big stack of ansible playbooks for it that make it pretty pushbutton. They primarily use docker. This is what I used and I got it setup in like an hour.

331·10 months agoBecause its not really “1 plus 3”, its negative 1 plus 3 which is two. I know it seems a little weird but the minus sign is " tied" to the thing following it.
Amen. The layer system works the way my brain works. Top tier, hard to use anything else.

There is a better way! Ranked choice voting means no more voting for the lesser of two evils. Look into fo yourselves and others - vote to change the voting systems near you!

20·1 year agoI’ve often that about that if I could design a house, I’d have a room just like this. Like there would be a section of the house that was tower like and the only way to get to the room at the top would be to take an exterior balcony-like-staircase from the second floor to the room in question - the sole room on the “third floor”.
There’s just something about a room like that that makes it fell so isolated, peaceful and serene. And the exterior access makes it feel like a little adventure getting there. Like if the weather were bad you might opt not to go there because it would mean gearing up to make the trip.

politics @lemmy.world•Ranked choice is 'the hot reform' in democracy. Here's what you should know about itEnglish
4·2 years agoSo, I understand what approval voting is, but I’m not sure I follow with “fiver member districts”. Is this referring to something like congressional districts, but instead of electing one person they elect five? Or maybe it means breaking a constituency into a huge number of tiny 5 voter districts?
EDIT: Seems like maybe combining districts that only have 1 representative into larger districts that elect 5 representatives?

Just to emphasize, this is the correct answer
