In my parent home there’s a octagonal toilet badly shaped so is uncomfortable to sit parallel(the same way you sit in a oval one) because the seat is too long and is uncomfortable to sit crossing the seat because is too narrow, you need to sit diagonally but because is octagonal your dick hits the bowl.
