Fediverse@lemmy.world•Why isn't Lemmy doing anything about issues where the propagandists/spammers can be seen spreading staged or AI-generated propaganda, such as "This is Gaza, Unfiltered"?English
9·2 months agoThe very question of “why isn’t Lemmy doing anything” is deeply misunderstanding the structure of this network. Report something offending and instance mods will look at it. You know, like all the reports I got about this post.

1·2 months agoGotcha, thanks for the clarification. Clearly I don’t run in right circles to have ever heard that before.
I’m still getting a ton of reports about this thread. An open call for everyone to cool their jets please. I don’t really wanna lock anything.

2·4 months agoI find that having a task list that you use religiously helps a lot because then you can visually see what you have to do.
At some point though, if you’re getting all your work done and don’t have more to do, work on bettering yourself in some way you care about and enjoy it while it lasts.

3·1 year agoI’m really sick of how pervasive it is everywhere now. You can’t sell a product or provide a service nowadays without advertising some AI aspect. I wish that would go away.
I actually pay for a chatGPT premium account because personally I find a lot of value in it. I use it to help with writing, picture analyzing (what species of … is this), and a lot more. I just wish I could decide when I want AI involved and when I don’t.
