No. It’s alright to tell people it didn’t click for you in a polite manner. Ghosting is for cowards and rude people.
I enjoyed it quite a lot. The storytelling was great and so were the visuals. In case you’d love a Cyberpunk meets Batman: The animated series crossover, I’d say go for it! Plus there’s different endings depending on some key choices.
It actually was Restricted Area, lol. Thank you!
About 18 years ago I played a Cyberpunk video game which was essentially a Diablo 2 clone. But for the life of me, I can’t remember the name of it.
I’ve been playing the Cyberpunk 2020 pen & paper rpg for about 19 years and been running it as a GM for about 14 years.
Then came the Cyberpunk 2077 video game, which I loved, and shortly afterwards I started GMing the Cyberpunk:Red p&p rpg (still running it since on a weekly basis).
I also got into video games like Detroit: Become Human, Nobody wants to die and Observer: System Redux after Cyberpunk 2077.
A dear friend of mine, singer and ballet dancer for a band I always loved, one day collapsed on stage. Turns out he had a massive brain tumor. He retired from music and is now gardening a lot. None of us - even his family - expected him to survive.
He’s living a very peaceful life these days and I love that for him. Needless to say his garden is to die for.
Fun fact: Clint Mansell created the OST for both movies. Enjoy!
I did enjoy the visuals and was okay with the protagonist, but lots of the story and most other characters were not really working out for me. I can’t really put my finger on it why that is. But the soundtrack? Oh.My.God! Clint Mansell absolutely nailed it - like he always does! I’ve been following his career since his first soundtrack: Pi from 1998. Maybe I should mention here that I’m an ex musician myself.
My favourite Cyberpunk movie is Upgrade from 2018.
TV series / mini series.
Tokyo Vice.
I rest my case.
Ah, thanks. Wasn’t wearing my glasses. :)
27 Grand and the bottle just sits on the shelf?
And blocked. :)
Aaand blocked for being an insufferable asshat yourself. Cheers, mate! :)
Now we’re talking.
That’s usually the amount of distance I take. I don’t like my wife or anyone else smoking near me either. Just be considerate, that’s all.
I quit for several years and eventually started again, realising that quitting smokes is not for me. I’m living a fairly stressful life. I need my occasional 5 mins of peace and quiet every now and then during the day. Thank you very much.
Depends. I walk a good amount of meters away from anyone near bus stops or towards the designated smoking areas at train stations while I’m waiting for my public transport connections. Maybe you’re dealing with inconsiderate cunts in your area.
How about minding your own biz? :)
Everything higher than the second floor of a building is a big nope to me. My family made me go on holidays via airplane back when I was a wee child and I kept screaming for the entire duration of both flights. They never tried that shite ever again. I mean, what did they expect, really, knowing damn well about my severe anxiety issues? Even today I’d never set foot on any kind of aircraft, even with knockout medication and a million Dollars in return. Just no. I do not belong in the sky. I need solid ground or water under my feet. Interestingly enough it’s cool for me to go hiking in the mountains. The mountains are solid and therefore they are my friends. If I fall down, that’s on me then.
