Again:
To save us from the punishments god created for us?
If he is all-powerful, he chose to create sin.
I was abused by my christian parents.
I would like to live long enough to see humanity mature out of superstition and free the world from human greed.

Again:
To save us from the punishments god created for us?
If he is all-powerful, he chose to create sin.

Again:
To save us from the punishments god created for us?
You keep cherry-picking parts you think you can answer (though all you have is apologetics, fallacies) and ignoring the parts that prove your death cult is baseless and harmful.
Fucking scum, fuck you for choosing death.

There is, stop strawmanning it to “magic”
Can god make something out of nothing? That is magic. Can god reverse death? That is magic.
What’s up with the blood sacrifices and rituals? Totally-not-magic?
The Son of Man as in the Messiah. Matthew 26:64 Jesus said to him: “You have said it. Yet truly I say to you, hereafter you shall see the Son of man sitting at the right hand of the power of God, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
Messiah meaning savior? To save us from the punishments god created for us?
Jesus told him to “feed my sheep”.
Jesus was kind of a dick like that, yeah. If we believe the gospels.

Jesus Christ
Again, there is no such thing as a christ, magic isn’t real.
literally said he is the Son of Man
Isn’t everyone?
and assigned Pope Peter as the “rock” of his church
And what does that mean? One of these four interpretations? https://www.gotquestions.org/upon-this-rock.html
Or something else entirely? Let’s ask Jesus. Oh right… he died.

https://www.ncronline.org/news/vaticans-condemnation-trans-surgery-new-theologians-discuss
But he also recently approved a new treatise on human dignity that lists “gender theory” and gender-affirming surgeries — which many, though not all, trans people undergo — among the “grave violations of human dignity in our time,” placing them alongside sexual abuse, human trafficking, poverty and abortion.

“The idea of promoting gender ideology is confusing because it seeks to create genders that don’t exist. So God created man and woman, and the attempt to confuse ideas from nature will only harm families and people”

Deadly ignorance.

Jesus? No, but he was used by them. Christ? Yes, complete fabrication.

That’s the point of the garden of Eden story. God made everything and everyone, but we broke his impossible rules and now he punishes us forever, to the point that infants are born with sin.
It’s a death cult.

A. God made us rational beings, but our minds cannot comprehend omnipotence fully
What a cop-out. I could say the same thing about Allah. Do you now believe in Allah?
B. Judas couldve repented, but he just committed suicide
This is a very harmful aspect of christianity, and the reason so many abusers (including the current president of the united states) get protected and put into positions to abuse more people instead of being stopped. They commit a crime, they beg for forgiveness, they “repent,” they get forgiven despite not actually changing their behavior.
C. Many are called, but few will respond. Many “christians” will claim to have followed Christ, but didnt.
How do you know you aren’t one of those?
From what I can tell, there is no christ. Every christian is dangerously delusional.
D. I thought by beast you meant Satan
Understandable mistake, the bible is vague and contradictory. The snake in Eden may also be Satan, or not, since the text does not make it clear. Maybe Satan is any “adversary”. Maybe Satan is Lucifer. It’s all bullshit, none of which can be verified.
Beware of catholicism, it is a death cult.
Anyone promising a happy afterlife is devaluing our real lives.

I can’t imagine simultaneously thinking of people as sheep and being disappointed in how sheeplike they act.
But that’s the whole point. We are disappointed in them for acting sheeplike, for letting someone fleece them instead of thinking more critically. They are humans and should know better.
Either way, I don’t think sheep should be exploited.

People have egg allergies and can’t get vaccines unfortunately.
Who told you that?
The amount of ovalbumin-like protein within the vaccine is extremely low (approx. 37 pg per dose) and is highly processed. While initially it was recommended that only children with a mild egg allergy could be safety vaccinated in primary care with the MMR vaccine. Multiple studies subsequently have shown that the MMR vaccine has an excellent safety record in children with an egg allergy.
Maybe there is a very, very small percentage of the population who cannot get vaccinated because of egg allergies. But that would be covered by herd immunity.
Then you have the nutters that won’t take vaxxes and then here we are.
Correct! And why are they so prevalent? Partly because the head of health and human services spent years advocating against vaccines, is himself a nutter:
The health secretary’s call for parents to vaccinate their children for measles contrasts starkly with the many years in which Kennedy has been a leading proponent of misinformation questioning the efficacy and safety of vaccinations. Even since he became the country’s top health official, he has depicted a measles vaccination as a personal choice and claimed inaccurately that the power of the inoculation is waning.
But now he doesn’t want the casualties attributed to him, so he pretends to be reasonable.
For me I had a really bad reaction to the last set of vaccines I got. I now know what Tetanus feels like in a minor way. Believe me you don’t want it, it hurts a lot.
That is unfortunate. Thank you for getting vaccinated. Some people do not have the option, it would literally kill them, as would getting certain viruses. I hope it was some kind of fluke. Do you know what the specific reaction was that caused your pain?

5 years ago, quickly contained? Noteworthy, sure, but unrelated to this article.
The question you should be asking is, “why are measles able to spread through US populations” regardless of origin? From the article:
Jha said that the dramatic rise in measles cases on Kennedy’s watch was not coincidental. “The administration has not done enough to promote vaccines. It has not done enough to highlight the harms that come from measles.”
Honestly, I’m surprised RFK Jr. changed his position at all. Some parents of children who die of measles double down on their decision not to vaccinate.

Children are dead because of what he chose to say.
He went on to blame the outbreaks on religious communities who eschew vaccines and on global health conditions.
I mean… a broken clock is right twice a day, I suppose. But he should not be in the position he has been appointed to. More people are dying.

The fact that our lives will come to an end makes every moment we have more precious. These are unique experiences that cannot be replicated.
Easy to say, and I do believe it, but also…
Boomers like my parents chose and still choose to perpetuate abusive systems instead of opposing them. I spent too long thanking them for teaching me violence because any other reaction would be met with violence. Why am I supposed to feel grateful about being born into a backwards, burning slave world?
I am finally getting treatment for alcohol dependency. I want to stop hiding from my own life, but I don’t know how. I wasted myself on people who don’t actually care about anything but themselves. It sometimes feels like there is too much pain for anything to be worthwhile, but I am also too scared to check out early.
So… I don’t know. We have a lot of problems to solve. Things may get worse before they get better, but there is potential for things to get better. Theoretically. 🤷 I hope they get better for everyone, including you. I wish I knew.

Not too spicy, but they at least acknowledge it.
On 27 July, WMF declined to voluntarily recognize the US union. WMF stated that the union would need to pursue a formal NLRB election procedure. 404 Media viewed the WMF’s 27 July statement as using “very carefully-worded language common among companies and organizations that have fought against unionization”.

I have lived in the bible belt all my life, still trying to escape. People are proud of their beliefs even though they aren’t true. “Everyone is entitled to their beliefs” is the common sentiment, but it’s wrong. Everyone is morally obligated to align their beliefs with reality as closely as they can.
That’s where science comes in. It is not an authority, not a religion, not a system. It is a process we use to acquire and refine knowledge. Given the physical limitations of our senses and minds, it is the best we can do.
People need to learn before we all die of stupid.

I perceive conservatism as pessimistic (“we will sacrifice the next generation to keep what we have”) while progressivism is hopeful (“we want to make a better future for the next generation”). A reductive generalization, admittedly.
can you blame him?
it is his dooty
