I bet its related to the continuous need to liquidate resources to support the proxy war effort. You can’t print money withour offering some value.

I use Mullvad really good, love how they don’t care who you are and can actually maintain complete anonymity even in payment.

Lemmy would need to become significantly popular for it to be worthwhile for them to manipulate it; they might be laying the groundwork now. However, only time will tell. If Lemmy does become more popular, hopefully people here can effectively counteract any manipulation.

at least lemmy has the spirit of not being manipulated again.

I’d prefer my kids use a gaming console like the Switch instead of an iPad.
