I know lots of Americans who buy their phones without those stupid contracts. It’s not uncommon at all. I have never have a phone on a contract.

I’ve had that freedom for the entire duration of the existence of smartphones, in the USA. I buy my phones with no contract, at discounted prices, then I flash them with custom ROMs to improve everything, and I use no contract cell phone service. Since about 2007, that is.
It looks like an archery release, used by compound bow shooters to pull the bow string back and release with a trigger or button
I think you cracked the case on that one, that’s gotta be what it means.
You nailed it, it’s just like the Walmart effect making small businesses fizzle out. We’ll call it the EnWalmartication of the Internet
That’s all good but those features are not what makes a good discussion forum. This, what we’re typing on, is an example of a good forum.
Tech espionage is a pretty big problem though, not something anyone should hand-wave away as irrelevant.
It’s pretty nice, I do mostly whatever I want every day.
I never mentioned a jiggler. I was talking about better devices that move the device at random. They can move the mouse all over the screen, but an observer might be able to see that it was not normal activity if they watched it for long.
Yep hardware that’s not connected to your work device at all
All you really need is a better mouse mover. Cradle for the mouse with a wheel under it with a pattern designed to make the mouse move around randomly.
Right, that seems obvious. That’s what I was talking about being of no value. Nobody needs to watch anyone’s console game clips on Twitter.
And nothing of value was lost. I can’t imagine ever wanting to read a tweet from somebody’s console game.
Now they can track your account through car tax records since you said that.
Next time say you drive a 1992 Pontiac Fiero
The electric boats that Obama is making us use are dangerous because of the weight of the batteries, and this will cause all boaterists to be dead from shark attacks. Should be obvious to all Americans who know what’s going on.
“Apple refuses to send money to security company inside of embargoed country, to maintain compliance with USA law.”
Right, they could be installed in the middle of nowhere as free phone chargers and stuff even if there was no other use for them. Just set them up with a used inverter and some used chargers, whatever etc.
Or maybe a whole lot of them could be put together in the middle of nowhere to make an EV charging station
Signal is also great because it is easy to use, and works on all mobile platforms. It’s probably the easiest secure chat app to get people onboard with using.
That’s a crazy secret code requirement there
Well we can hope for better news on July 11th then.
