This inconvenience can have a strong force if you piss enough people off. The other option would be ecoterrorism e.g. destroy the next refinery. Well nobody would get the message because the media would frame it as terrorism.

Second, single geniuses will hardly be kept in austria. What matters for a nation is a broad distribution of (high) knowledge. Elementary and high schools are given more and more limited resources.
