Conservatives don’t understand humor. George Carlin fucking HATED conservatives and anti-abortion people. He also supported the death penalty (as a joke) ONLY for the upper crust and not for common criminals or people with poor financial background. His logic was quite sound… poor criminal gangsters who live in high crime neighborhoods face death on a regular basis (if 90s gangsta rap taught me anything, it is that the main thing they are concerned about is living to see their next birthday) and ultimately accept that they might face a violent early death.

The wealthy? Fuck no. they are spoiled rotten. They commit crimes with a stroke of a pen that ruin the lives of thousands at a time and enrich themselves. Even if they are caught, they will usually just pay a fine or even if they get a jail sentence, it will be very light and in a comfortable penitentiary, and they can go right back to their old jobs right after (look up the story of Nick Mead, a rogue trader who destroyed the oldest merchant bank in England in the late 90s and was sentenced to 4 years (of which he only served 2 or 3) for his fraud, and went on to be a sports team manager and speaker and is quite a comfortably wealthy person.

Meanwhile shoplift a big enough item and you can serve a multi-decade sentence…

So George’s logic that sentencing wealthy assholes to death for their white collar crimes while giving common murderers lesser life sentences (murder is still bad and the type of person who murders another is not someone you want walking around, generally speaking) makes sense. If the wealthy had to deal with watching their fellow fraudsters being executed on the regular, or at least receiving extremely long and harsh sentences, then we will see a reduction in those crimes. Most low-level crime is done impulsively while most high-level crime is planned heavily, so that makes sense.

He isn’t even a miasma theory guy. He believes in terrain theory. The theory that disease only happens due to the body being malnutrished in some way or had a defect first. That germs and diseases are just opportunists more than anything else.

None of this is true. He had rhe audacity to claim that the two girls in Texas who died from measles were malnourished and that is the main reason why measles happened and killed them. No amount of evidence presented by doctors to him that they were well nourished and were quite healthy before measles hit them was going to persuade him.

The privacy laws don’t apply to private companies, and that is the problem. When many privacy rights were written they were originally intended entirely for governments as private individuals and companies generally didn’t have the ability to do much in those days. But my god have things changed.

I am not American. But given that I have flown on at least one of those airlines. I didn’t normally fly to the US, but it did happen. Meaning now ICE has my info on those.

I had a brief discussion with a Nazi, an American who studied in Germany and had some emotional encounters with Germans who legit loved Hitler. Claiming that despite the hell, they still felt like he had their best interest in mind. There was a time, a more innocent time before the sheer rise of neo-Nazis happened and I felt that most Nazis were just absolute losers who will never amount to power, and I was obsessed with looking over WW2 stuff and Hitler in specific (I even had a recording of Hitler’s heartbeat on my phone in a file I called ‘HeartOfDarkness.mp4’). My interest in the World Wars era is, of course, much older than that. But the common theme is the increasing amount of information I found on just how stupid and dependent on luck Hitler was, his mismanagement of the German economy, which was heavily dependent on plundering from minorities (the seizure of assets of Jewish Germans gave the German state almost a full year of GDP) and how Hitler fucked up German agriculture and German civilians were fed increasingly on plundered food and resources from Eastern Europe and France. Killing a fuckload of people in the camps and by the death squads also, morbidly, reduced the need for food by ‘undesireable’ since you don’t need to feed to dead people.

Hitler lead Germany and Germans to nothing but death and destruction and towards the end was convinced that Germans deserved to be genocided out of existence since if they were being defeated by the savage, orcish East Europeans and the Mongrel Americans/Canadians. People act like Hitler of April 1945 was someone who would love modern Germans and white supremacists when, ironically, if he came to life, instead of railing against ‘wokeness’, he would say that every single one of them were absolute dipshits whom he would have strangled with his own hands if he could. Hitler was a genuinely nasty person.
