Lmao I feel the same. Literally feels like rage bait. Like these people are so freaking ignorant. It doesn’t help a lot of Reddit posts are just bots recirculating old content.

Exactly. Getting my account her took a week. I had to sign up then go through an application process. Like I get it, it helps reduce bots and stuff but golly it’s a pain and the average user isn’t going to do it

Amazon, in many cases, is not the seller. They are simply an online market. The reason you see the same products across multiple websites is because it is the same product. Doesn’t really have anything to do with shitty products although that’s what a lot of people do. They take advantage of Amazon’s monopoly on the market and sell products for hundreds if not thousands of dollars % mark ups. The reason it’s still cheaper on Amazon is because of the aforementioned price fixing.

You’re are rightly confused. This is all theatrics by the far right to penalize liberal areas. Areas they deem as high risk of fraud or illegals, in other words left leaning states and counties.

Seems like it’s working as they intended then.

Why do adults have to suffer because parents don’t know how to control their kids?

I’m living through one of the worst periods in American history. I’m good bro 😂

I will never buy a device that cockblocks me. I was talking shit about the nothing phone yesterday but I guess imma save up to buy it.

It’s pretty much the same but on Reddit it’s ok to be combative and rude with people as long as public opinion approves. Also most of the posts are bots so you aren’t actually being rude to a person there most times.
Please don’t do that here. There are way less bots here so please remember you are speaking to actual humans.
Also political discourse is mostly ok here. Same rules apply with rudeness though. On Reddit you will get quarantined or shadow banned quickly with anything politically charged.

This isn’t even possible and the cost even if it was would be ASTRONOMICAL.

Honestly, if you’re coming from IPhone you won’t find any meaningful advice on Lemmy. Everyone here hates iPhones, and will try to sell you on phones with little to no market support. They’ll tell you to wipe the device and boot load your own OS.
I haven’t used an android in years but their strength is the flexibility in apps and you have a lot more options in terms of app ecosystem. That said I don’t know how long you’ve had an iPhone but if you exclusively use the apple ecosystem like MacOS, Apple Music, Apple TV it’s not worth changing it unless you are fully committed to starting over.
The other thing to consider is the camera. If you take photos every single day the Samsung phones will be your best bet.

Damn I use to love these guys videos. Taught me a lot over the years. Shut the fuck up when cops ask questions!
Im pretty sure I have undiagnosed adhd

About 3 years I bought a mechanic set of ratchets and wrenches and some other tools for changing my own oil and some other auto repairs. All in I spent about $500. In July, I changed my own brakes and rotors and 2 vehicles I own. On that job alone I saved over $1000 dollars. Not to mention all the times I changed my oil. I also changed my spark plugs on one of my cars and found a gasket leak that I also fixed which was probably another $500.
Best investment of my life.

Was getting up and turning on the light switch not an option?

People need to remember that these themed businesses are taking huge risk by maintaining their identity. If a CB goes out of business they practically take a loss on the building because no one wants to buy an old timey restaurant. It’s too niche. Companies are going to bland and grey so the properties are easier to sell. It was never about woke and everything to do with money as usual.

Yes because they IP ban people

Literally everything about it was revolutionary. One of the first games to have primary/secondary weapons. One of the first games to have vehicles and special weapons in an “open world” map. Regenerative shields.
A lot of games had these elements but no one had all of them in an online multiplayer game for console. Console gaming was still growing and Halo set a standard for literally every fps shooter after it.

I can understand that people find it repetitive but spare us the virtue signaling. It’s just a game it’s not that deep.
Unions have proven to increase productivity and overall profits.
