As excited as I am to see my home city actually growing and gaining national attention, I miss the chill cow-town vibes. Traffic is only gonna get worse from here.

I spent two years working with Habitat as an AmeriCorps crew lead and it was such a rewarding experience. I learned all kinds of trade skills and got to meet so many good people from all walks of life. It gave me the direction I was looking for in my life when I needed it most.

They may be bastards, and the wealthy may have a (substantially) outsized influence on the government, but the American people by-and-large have much greater influence over their elected officials than most other countries, especially non-democracies.

But you can move within the US to a place where his people have less direct control over the local government. That’s what I’m doing.

The American fascist party was born prematurely. They’ve spent the last eight years incubating within the Republican party and are ready to go mask-off now.

The point isn’t to actually impeach him, it’s to make a big media circus that frightens and confuses voters. They want the biggest news story in the days leading up to the election to be “Biden lookin sus” as opposed to Trump’s criminal history or the state of the economy, because that’s their best shot at pulling votes away from him.

Moreover, the “latent” racism was exacerbated by feelings of geographic and political isolation, legitimate or otherwise.
