Well it doesn’t have to be a formal contract… but I was thinking there would be like a website with a selection you could pick from, print out, sign and done. And the main reason was to make getting out of a bad relationship clear easy, and most likely no courts involved since everything was already spelled out. Open sourced contracts would in theory be well vetted to be fair.

I for one hope this simply leads to the end of marriage. That whole concept is built rather one sided. Time for relationship contracts… renewable, but always finite. With separation details worked out in advance. Let’s get religion out of it entirely.

While I agree with the sentiment, this isn’t correct. They aren’t actively interfering. They are refusing to interfer when it’s thier job. And the structure was designed to remove them from undue influence of the other branches… not from politics in general, or from outside influence. Fact is, noone is truely impartial, and outside influences are pretty much impossible to remove. So the whole idea of a court that is above that is just ludicrous.

Senate has to approve the replacements.

Running for office isn’t going to help. The problem isn’t a lack of good poloticians, it’s the system that favors poloticians with views that match special interests over poloticians who’s views match the people’s.

Trouble is, most of the other games out there for kids are the same thing as the roblox games, and many of them cost money upfront, then sell the kids on skins, and tiny game functions just like roblox games. It’s hard to find suitable games for kids, and takes a ton of energy. I have gotten my kids into satisfactory, raft, and games like that. But my youngest keeps coming back to the grinders which all have pay to win. Good games are just not as profitable.

I’ve seen students do casts on my kid. They oversized it by a good amount. The doc even told them that, right there and then. But it was a short term cast so we didn’t care.

You would think… but they new before that it was a bad idea. Someone above them said “I don’t care, just do it”. They also probably said something about metrics.

Yeah, wouldn’t be me. I have kids and no time for the disuption. I also don’t live in an area where I would have to worry about such things. But I would love to see someone who does test it. Might put a damper on these people.

In that last case, where you have asked them to leave and not come back… but they do. There is a thing called a citizen’s arrest. Allowing nonpolice to make an arrest and detain a person. But what the law says and what you can do is often not the same. I just imagined haveing your doorbell record you saying to never come back, then slapping handcuffs on them if they do. Kinda sounds like fun.

If you tell someone that they are trespassing and to leave and not come back. Can you make a citizens arrest if they return?

I don’t think trump has the patience to start slowly. I also think that the brass,not the rank and file will be the one to find excuses to not do what is ordered. Not out of the goodness of their hearts, but out of self preservation. They don’t want to end up as the fall guy.

Also he will sell himself and the country to whoever will pay in a way that he can get it. Then use that to pay off his bills. Plus, I don’t think he plans on ever leaving the white house if he gets in this time. And at his age, he might be right, just in a different way than he imagines.

Until the applicants use AI to handle that part… lol.

I don’t think the military would follow. They wouldn’t outright disobey, but they would stall with loopholes and what not. I read they were ordered to help with the rodney king riots, but when they were asked to do anything specific they denied the request based on legal questions about if they could. In the end they basically didn’t do much at all. Most of the brass are poloticians, they know how to play the game.

But why would they follow trump. As far as I know they are state funded, and answer to the governor normally. What would actually compell them?

That is where I wonder. Who would do his bidding. He can take control of all the courts and heads of things like the FBI, but would the rank and file follow clearly illegal orders. Like would they pull the trigger on an illegal execution? I kind of doubt it. Witholding funding seems like something people would do at his order. But many of the blue states tend to have higher populations, or higher costs of living that make me assume they give more money to the feds in taxes than the feds give back. Could they somehow intercept that and use it to replace the missing funds?
