11 days agoEngland and the US have both had nuclear accidents just not as large of a scale and they’re much much less publicized though arguably the wind scale fire was less hubris and more incompetence then Chernobyl.

Pardons don’t even need to be signed, executive orders however do and even then their legal basis is very iffy.
He also got caught auto penning executive orders and they quickly took them back and had someone sign them so they weren’t all identical.
