Put an nfc tag there, you can insert it behind the leather. Write the same key on it and that way you could tip your hat onto someonea phone for a quick transfer for later communications.
With the way you stitched it, you could easily push one of the flat flexible ones there without having to mess with the stitches

MTK@lemmy.worldOPto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you think pH should be added to food item labels?13·5 days agoSure, it won’t be a straight and simple indicator, but it helps. Like how you could probably read the fat content on a snack to know if it might trigger it.
MTK@lemmy.worldOPto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you think pH should be added to food item labels?210·5 days agoIt is very scientifically based that people who often drink sodas have higher levels of cavities. Because the high pH dissolves small layers of the enamal which over time and with consistent use leads to weaker teeth.
You can find plenty of studies to support this.
Also how do you think people learn which foods give them acid reflux? Usually a combo of a well know list from the doctor or the internet, and then trial and error which is not fun or healthy.

MTK@lemmy.worldOPto Ask Lemmy@lemmy.world•Do you think pH should be added to food item labels?41·5 days agoBut that kind of logic applies to all public information. And you are not wrong that it will be misused but that is happening to almost any thing really. Like the Carnivore diet which is being held as some secret to health, or alkline water, or “natural” bs, or raw milk, or “keto” and so on.
Informing the public is not always successful, but it is almost always a net positive. This is the same philosophy as OSS

So that way I am up to date because some stuff still comes through, but not knee deep in the fascism takeover of the US (at least on Lemmy 🥲)

Once abliterated and retrained they seem to improve. Imo we are adding too much human bias by trying to guide the LLM. Censored models are good and need to be used in some situations, but shouldn’t the base be just data and only then finetune to desired output?

Production is a form of QA old man!
Your statement is even more true about closed source. As someone who worked in multiple companies, I can tell you that 99% of the code is written, PRed, QAed, and then ignored forever.
Any basic ear plugs, literally $2 to make the world nicer, to sleep better in loud situations, to protect your hearing, to prevent infections in pools, and more.
You don’t realize how much nicer the world is when it’s like 15db quiter, especially when you are in a city.
