Once in awhile when I’m feeling naughty I’ll drink flavored sparkling water and I definitely notice it leaves me feeling comparatively unquenched & slightly unwell afterwards. I’m telling you water is the best hydration, pure water, of course we need the electrolyte nutrients to fully get the full effectiveness of the hydration like potassium magnesium sodium, if it’s not already in our food we can supplement those 3 things, but yeah water + sodium + potassium + magnesium is perfect hydration & no other liquids are necessary. Any other liquids people drink are for comfort & taste.

Everything else except water is literally dehydrating. Water quenches my thirst. I’ve had a massive water drinking daily habit for 30 years.

It’s impossible for me to distinguish between wise intuition or unnecessary paranoia so I generally turn off all those speculative type of thoughts that are not based in science or reason or logic.

But yeah I do get a lot of thoughts that I think are intuition or they might be paranoia, I don’t know what to make of it because I’ve been wrong so many times in the past. Usually just paranoid probably. But I always live cautiously, so so far so good, no harm has come and I’ve avoided many dangers I suppose.

I chose from a list of vocational schools that the GI bill would pay for.

Imagine my dismay after I graduated the schools, Veterans Affairs told me I have to pay all that money back. So I’ve spent the last 15 years working those jobs to repay the government all that college money they said I earned for serving in the army. Thanks for all these years of empty promises & torture, GI bill.
