If this pest “inspector” is actively treating each room then you’ll be ok assuming they know what they’re doing but inspecting doesn’t do anything, they need to be actually treating the issue. Again, without actually seeing what’s going on I can’t really say. If you just so happen to be in or near Sacramento California I’ll be glad to come help you.
