I’ve been going more often lately. I do hate having to catch up on 600 pages that’s been discussed over the past 8 years though.
When I worked with a lot of legal documents, we just used DocuSign mostly. Have you attempted that on Linux? Not sure what it’s like these days, also curious if it’s because it’s a web application if it works the same.
You mean you don’t refer to the past as the “Olsen” days?
I’m not seeing it in Sync for Lemmy either
That was my first thought too lol
Still trying to use Linux Mint on my 2013ish MacBook Pro as a daily driver. Got the MacBook for free and it wouldn’t update anymore, so installed Linux Mint and it’s been great for the most part. Still trying to access my NAS on it though. Having to manually mount drives is a new experience for me, and it’s not coming to me intuitively. Reached out via IRC, got some help but still working on it.
Nothing. I’ve fixed nothing.
I saw you post that a couple of times and didn’t realize you meant the sub within the picture, I was trying to find the significance of this being posted in linuxmemes lol
I used Redact. It seemed to work.
Germans would hate to live in that house due to no lüften.
I never gave you a directive, just pointed out that there is no need for the snarky sarcasm.
I agree with you that those with disabilities and those in isolated areas rely on it, but you didn’t reply to the post - you replied to that comment. I’m not being ableist, but pointing out that you replied to a person who was just stating that they themselves can live without it. The person you replied to wasn’t being ableist either.
Jesus, they were just saying that they themselves don’t miss it, not that no one should ever use it, no need for all the snarky sarcasm.
Perfect response as always. Thank you. Hearing about my friend’s job having some difficulties where there was some update on a Linux based device at stores and it’s causing all sorts of issues at the stores. I’m sure he would agree with your statement right now.
This post and your replies are amazing.
How can I Linux?
Or what if they’re black? I’ve read so many stories about sensors not detecting people simply because they have darker skin.
I’m with you. If they’re verifying the information request, as in vetting it to determine if there is actual criminal behavior going on i.e. pedos/money laundering/etc, then good. Hand them over to the authorities.
They state that they don’t cater to corrupt governments or organizations - good.
Everyone here arguing against these things are throwing up major red flags. Didn’t the CEO just go to court because he wasn’t handing over information willy nilly? I would hope Signal and Proton would be doing the same things.
