I have been doing some uploading there for a few mths. My biggest gripe is that they support 60 second videos, but anything over 15 seconds (for me) never finishes uploading.
I have seen the repeats too though.
Yup. I’m Bo7a.

Death to allegra geller! Death to existenz!

Fuck all the way off.
When I went outside to feed the forest friends this morning, a blue jay with injuries that I had been hanging out with that was missing for a few days showed up.
I’m going to ride that high all day.

I’m with you here. I have put qnaps in dozens of smb client solutions and I have only ever had problems with one of them. I don’t stan qnap - truenas all the way. But their offerings are not nearly as bad as this thread seems to imply.

Baby burgers are love. Baby burgers are life.
Midnight ordering 30 baby burgers is one of my favorite things.

I don’t remember what caused me to tag you as “this guy thinks he’s on Reddit” before today. But it seems like it was accurate.
My biggest gripe is that if I try to post anything over 15 seconds it errors out every time. 15 seconds is juts not enough time to capture the silliness of the morning feeding time here, but I post anyway.
The spiders tend to stay out of the house. But everything outside the house? Yeah, spiders own that.
We get maybe 2 or 3 spiders in here every summer, and they get relocated. (unless they are on the ceiling above the bed, then they get dispatched.
May - blackflies
June - mosquitoes and blackflies
July - mosquitoes and deer flies
August - mosquitoes, deer flies, and horse flies
September - All of the above, and start to worry about stuff freezing.
October - Whew, I can finally work outside
November - Start the fire, and keep it going until April.
Nothing consistent. I probably should pick a spot and do a roll-up of the last four years and then post more regularly. I did a little summary about a year ago here --> https://lemmy.ca/post/16843909/7896562
Since then we actually have installed a deep well, washer/dryer, and two more outbuildings. I’ll try to reply to your comment in the next few days with more details if you are interested.
I also post completely randomly as Bo7a@loops.video and https://mstdn.ca/@solace
Oh they have none of the blame! I am a big stupid man who didn’t bother to read it at all.
Preface: All seafood makes me violently ill. I wish it weren’t so, but here we are.
While living in Switzerland we went to an ikea and found what I thought to be spreadable cheese in a toothpaste type tube. For reference lots of stuff over there comes in those types of tubes. Why not cheese?
I was so excited to get home and immediately tore the cap off and squeezed a giant dollop of what my mouth expected to be something like cheez whiz.
NOPE. NOPE FUCKING NOPE. It was some kind of fish paste with roe…
I puked for like 30 minutes straight and couldn’t get that taste out of my mouth until we found some kirsch liqueur that I also hate, but whose taste will overpower anything.

Some htfse dabs, a bottle of home-bubbled water with a shot of lemon, and my viagra boys playlist turned up to 11.

Hear hear!
Everyone is like “Move out of the city, live a life closer to nature” but also “If you use the only service that truly enables that you suck!”
I’ll take what I can get until something as good or better comes along.

And the endless whining about gas prices. Ok sis, you now have to spend an extra dollar per week. Maybe complain about the book bans and other fascism creeping into everyday life instead.
It is an extension/evolution of the idea of ricing cars. Originally it was something like Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements. Basically stuff that makes your car look “racier”/faster, but does nothing for performance.
Edit to add - That is probably backronym to cover up for the mostly racist origination of that term. I can’t be sure.
