"This morning, Ukraine’s military was forced to withdraw from Avdiivka after Ukrainian soldiers had to ration ammunition due to dwindling supplies as a result of congressional inaction, resulting in Russia’s first notable gains in months," the White House statement said.
When democracy sees them losing power, rather than adjusting their platform or working toward compromise, their decision has always been to subvert the system. Gerrymandering, voter restrictions, election fraud, insurrection, and openly courting the enemies of the country are all preferable to losing power, to these people.
In a country where democracy makes their kind a minority, it’s democracy that must yield to them, not the other way around. They’re only American as long as doing so gets them their way.
