The Monome Norns is a raspberry pi shield with a linux platform and development community around it, where people write scripts to turn it in to all manner of musical devices. When it comes to a full DAW with VST support it’s basically OSX or Windows, and if you don’t want to be restricted to Apple hardware then congrats, you’re using Windows.
Yeah but slightly lower latency is irrelevant really, windows based can get lower than 2ms now. And it just works.
