There is one thing that Arnaud Bertrand gets wrong in this video, which is hoping that Europe will start to deal with China as equals with respect. I frankly don’t think that’s going to happen. European supremacist chauvinism is far too entrenched in the culture here…
Unfortunately i don’t think the Chinese have understood this yet and are still holding out hope that the Europeans will behave rationally in their own self-interest, and so they are constantly baffled and confused when Europe behaves like irrational lunatics.
