No, I meant that it would be blockaded and isolated until you left or dealt with the terrorists that you and your neighbors have chosen to represent the place.
I don’t mean who your neighbors literally have chosen right now or at one time or another, I mean overall, the state, over all time, those people whom the citizens of the state have collectively picked to be the winners, who’ve over time led us to where we are right now.
