The idea of 15 minute cities is that people want their amenities within 15 minutes so they don’t have to drive. It is not an idea to keep you confined and take away your ownership of things.
It came from a speaker a few years ago at the Davos World Economic Forum. Davos is where the ultra rich gather each year to plot out how to be even more evil.
