    Of course they do. That’s not what i’m getting at.

    I’m saying that Biden has a Congress that legislated support for Israel, and a State Department that’s providing compromised intelligence of violations. If he’s in direct oversight of negotiations, and Israel breaches the agreement, he can amend existing munitions agreements against legislative support and intelligence.
